Pursuant to 70.45, Wis. State, the Town of Sheridan assessment roll for the year 2023 assessment will be open for examination on Thursday, the 6th day of April, 2023, at Sheridan Town Hall from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time.

Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Sheridan, in the County of Dunn, State of Wisconsin, that a Town Caucus for said town will be held at the Sheridan Town Hall on Tuesday, January 10, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. to nominate candidates for the following offices to succeed the present incumbents listed:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

In accordance with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes §7.08 and the Help America Vote Act
(HAVA) of 2002 (52 U.S. C. §21081), that notice is hereby given that the Town of Peru and
Town Sheridan will conduct a voting system audit on Thursday, December 1 st at 1:00pm in
Room 54 of the Dunn County Government Center, 3001 US Highway 12 East, Menomonie, WI
54751. The reporting units to be audited are the Towns of Peru and Sheridan, which utilize the
ImageCast Evolution (ICE) Machines voting system. The reporting units and contests were
randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission.

Notice is hereby given that a public testing will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. at the Sheridan Town Hall.

 

Opportunity will be provided to all interested in viewing the public test of the electronic voting equipment to be used for the November 8, 2022 General Election.

Stat. § 19.84, the Election Inspectors at each polling place will convene as the Local Canvassing Board for the purpose of conducting the local canvass pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.51.  This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.81-89.

Boyceville Hazardous Waste Event – May 21st, 8AM to 1 PM

There will be an opportunity to dispose of your hazardous waste on May 21st, 2022 from 8 AM to 1 PM at the Boyceville Area Collection Station.  (1402 Dump Road, Boyceville, WI 54725).  All costs of disposal are on the attached sheet.
